The pay is not good and the work is complex but once you get the hang of it it’s not too bad considering you get to work from home.

Pros

Stable company offers 401k and medical, dental and eye care as well as mental health needs. I have Monday through Friday hours though I had to get my foot in the door first although depending on experience that could be different.

Cons

Very high expectations can lead to job stress, time life balance is a must.
