      It a great opportunity, filled with great middle management personnel while upper leadership falls short.

      - Great People with the employee base and management at Senior Managers and below. - Interesting work dealing with various customers and different solutions to there needs. - Ability to make a big impact in the way customers due business and promote their businesses.

      Cons

      - District Manager and above care little about the employees and managers. - Bonus criteria can be unreasonable - Promotions are partially based on minority status

      Pros

      It is a good place to work if you are in school for part-time. Flexible. Always work to do. Good coworkers. Compensation is decent

      Cons

      I dont feel the pay matches the work and headache sometimes. Policies are often uneccesary. Part-time employees can be underappreciated. Most of the benefits are intended for full-time including tuition help which doesnt make sense. Some centers are unorganized.

      Pros

      Good insurance coverage for full-time employees, if you can wait more than 90 days to get it.

      Cons

      "Health insurance" for part-time employees is not really health insurance. It is a "mini-med," and it is worthless.
