Pros
- A lot to learn about how shipping and printing work. - Room for growth as well as lateral career moves. - Good benefits.
Cons
- Entails juggling a good number of responsibilities (shipping, printing, selling, managing basic financials, and most importantly customer service) which isn't hard, but takes some time getting used to. - The no-sitting policy during shift hours could be a problem. - Upper management can sometimes hamper location managers and therefore make life difficult for employees.
