      Pros

      Great benefits, good starting pay, full time opportunities. Opportunities to learn lots of software and equipment which can be very helpful for future careers. Holiday pay for Thanksgiving, Christmas etc. Also we are paid for inclement weather days which is great if the store closes for any emergencies.

      Cons

      Very stressful especially when short staffed which happens way too often. Customers can be extremely demanding with their projects with very little notice. Training should be improved as it takes a long time to learn every single process for each product offered. Work life balance can be terrible of you work the 3rd shift or leave the store later at night every day and only have 1 weekend day to see friends and family.

      They let you do what you want with little to no supervision.

      After they don't supervise you, train you or follow up they expect you to know how things work.

      Tell people you work for FedEx and they THINK you have a good job

      Cons

      Low pay for the work that you are required to do. Training is all computer based and little staff to help train when needed. Someone quits and there is no one to cover; long hours alone!!! People are very nasty and you just have to smile and deal with it. No matter how much you complain- NOTHING will be done. Upper Management does nothing for the employees other than spout off policy and procedure. Horrible equipment !! A billion dollar a year company and their pay raises are VERY little !!
