      Pros

      Company is very hands off (especially if you are good at what you do). Management is always flexible with your schedule and overly forgiving with habits such as tardiness, absences, etc. Again, this is usually if you have proven yourself valuable to the center in which you are employed. Benefits are outstanding for a retail company. Vacation, holiday pay, and floating holidays are also given to all full time employees. Company has ongoing training.

      Cons

      Centers can be very unorganized. Company offers such a wide range of services which take a long time to learn about. Centers can get very busy (retail stress). Many team members are very reluctant to help customers and/or have no customer service skills.

      Pros

      Health benefits are above average and 401k matching is good. Otherwise, do not waste your time working for FedEx Kinkos. For the most part, it is a dead-end career.

      Cons

      Upper management usually only promotes their golfing buddies to Branch Manager. At FedEx Kinkos, it is not WHAT you know, but truly WHO you know. If you are looking for a long-term career, do not waste your time applying here.
