Pros
Incredible support by senior management, local and corporate based. Excellent communication company wide which is constantly changing with improvements. We are visited in the field by senior management on a quarterly basis for town hall style meetings for open and honest two-way communication. This truely exists.
Cons
If you cannot deal well with change, this is not the place to work. The environment is constantly changing and expecations are very high for store management to implement this change in a timely and flawless manner. This could be a pro or con, depending on your abilities.
