Opportunities to advance in your career, Challenging at times but rewarding. Paid time off, vacation days, floating holidays, IRA, medical and dental, discounts, fun place to work.

Cons

Although there is a manual on how to do everything, the training is very lacking. That is the only con that i have with Fedex and their computer programs and tracking system needs improvement as well.

Insurance is of good quality.

Cons

The management dont have a clue as how the operation is suppose to run. Brand new management team. Hr isnt any better. You go to them about something and they just try to sweep it under the rug. Package handler get paid more that admin. Load coaches which are still packge handlers get paid more than admin. They dont even know how to load. The walk the building talking. Load coach going from 10.60 and 11.20 to 14.70 and 15.20 in less than a year time of working for the company. Manager that come for outside the company come in getting paid more than managers who been with the company 10 years. Knowing how to do your job is less valuable than a people wit a degree in a field not even pertaining to the job and dont have a clue how to the job and dont care to learn it either. Most of the people are getting over paid get on the clock before time an stay on the clock when their shift over. Manger only care about numbers. Basically the job and the management time are corrupt.
