Pros

The Job duties itself are not "difficult" and it's easy to learn within a few days or so. -It's also not as physically strenuous compared to package handling but can still be pretty taxing on the body - you get a bonus every year in October but it's capped at $25

Cons

The Current QA manager Jessica Pynn is a power hungry racist and she also micromanages your lunch break. She doesn't care about her subordinates and doesn't know as a manager how to do half her job duties but pretends to "look busy without actually being busy". -They only hire you on as part-time so they can cut your hours down to 25-35 but full time workers can have 50 but there are only 2 full time workers out of all operations Admins working in the facility -The management overall is incompetent and doesn't know how to communicate with its fellow employees -To reiterate they are a stickler when it comes to your working hours as the volume of work you have to do doesn't compensate for the hours they let you work. Again they only hire on part time workers but expect full time work to be done efficiently which means you'll only be working 25-35

Pros

Generous PTO, Benefits, and staff depending on your location.

Cons

Minimal chances to Advance outside of Admin. If you aren't a Dock employee your chances of moving up outside of the Operations administrator role is highly unlikely. To much managerial Favoritism to dock employees over administrator teams who do multiple task to keep day to day operations flowing. Meager Yearly .30 raises to Administrative employees while package handlers get close to a dollar. My hourly pay is on par with Package handlers and Package handlers trainers who come In making as much or more with me having 3 years of Seniority at the company.

Pros

Great Benefits Supportive Culture Pay is slightly above average.

Cons

All the care about is metrics/numbers. Pay raises are small to seldom. Most jobs are repetitive and boring when you get accustom to them. Takes time to move get premotions.
