Great benefits 401k,pension, medical,dental,vision. Fedex ground cares about employees. Very understanding and always willing to accommodate time off request. I started as package handler and proved my ability to lead. Within a year I was promoted to ops manager. The sky is the limit at FedEx. If you work hard, show up on time apply for openings you will move up in company. Quarterly raises for every payscale.
