Pros

Full Medical Benefits PPO Cigna $80/mo for family no spouse 401K 107% Employer Match I have not since worked for a company with similar benefits. Paid time off and sick days were paid to you if not used at the end of the year, they were not taken from you with out compensation. 75%+ interline discounts on flights with most airlines. Promote from within, you can take a test and attain a management position without a college degree. Because they have many locations you can arrange internally to fill positions elsewhere, easy to relocate.

Cons

Like every work place you have to be careful of conflicting personalities. Manager spitefully mailed my final check after the check could not be cashed. I am talking about a year after I left. Still never got me payment, I have called them about it no return calls. Hard to find internal contact information.

Pros

Great manager, great benefit package for part time worker.

Cons

There's not much growth withing the call center. Some of the employee's was on the job since the 90's. You will take up to 110 calls a day, 40% it's either an angry customer or dissatisfied with our service.
