Management is good but the execs not so much

Pros

Friendly work environment, direct management is fair and will help you with your career if you show you are eager and can learn all the systems the company uses.

Cons

Execs are more reactionary instead of being proactive and are now only chasing their rivals when the company used to be a trend-setter in the industry.

Nothing currently all respect gone, once a good company became cheater

Cons

Indian brain on top in USA ruined the company. They don't know how to do business, but they know how to kick out. Huge Manager, Snr Manager with huge salary for doing confcall only, when other company does business. It became a dead elephant now, no job security... worthless.
