It’s easy to pick up shifts since no one stays with the company due to the freight being so heavy during peak season.

Cons

Most of the time you are working a lot of doors by yourself. A lot of the packages are team lift but if it’s only the same 5 people that show up consistently to work then most of the time you have lift the packages yourself.
