Good starting pay if you work the early AM shift (package handler). Opportunity for advancement if you're a hard worker. Though most people that come through the doors are lazy or simply do not want to work. Benefits after a certain number of hours worked. Can't find a better part-time job than this IMO.

Cons

The scanner one wears on their wrist are an absolute PAIN. There has to be a better way to get these boxes scanned to the correct work area.
