As a part time job, it's a great way to supplement your income. I'm usually off before 9am with the rest of the day to myself! It's so rare to find a part time position that offers benefits and 401k! The supervisors push a hard line, but are understanding. The work is strenuous, but the shifts are short. 2.5- 4 hours. At forty, it keeps me feeling young and active! It's also really easy to transfer if you need to relocate! My transfer was pretty smooth, HR was very accommodating throughout the process!

Cons

As a primary job, it can be a fight. There's extra shifts that come available, but it can get sporadic when volume is low.
