Pros

They talk a good talk at Orientation .

Cons

Toxic environment, dirty trucks, very humid no temperature control, Rude Managers. No bathroom break no break at all, they want you to work 4-5 hrs nonstop. They will threaten to take your badge if you leave at end your schedule shift listed on the app. You can not leave until they tell you to. Then they will send you home early if they have no work and you will not be paid for the rest of the time.
