      Pros

      You will be paid weekly. Time value of money makes this good.

      Cons

      Working in an unsafe environment and low pay for "none skilled work", yet were essential workers during the covid pandemic. Everyone can't move their bodies cosistently for 5+ hours a day. Many coworkers ignore the safety rules as well.
