Decent pay at best. I left in 2024 after 10 years and was only making 23.21. Other employees who had been there 3 years less than me were making the same. We had 6 or 7 employees all quit within a 13 month span for other jobs making more starting off than what they were making after a few years at fedex. Several years we did not get out full step raise. We didnt even get quit half of our step raise. You cant trust this company to give you the raise you deserve. Raises are not merit based so there's no incentive to go above and beyond. A great courier will still get the same raise as a mediocre courier.
