Opportunity to work with a large number of systems Job Security Average Benefits Nice Facility You can get buy doing the bare minimum and not get fired

Cons

Required 24/7 attention to job, no disconnect Pay well below industry average Job Titles mismatched to allow for lower pay You are not a person, only a number. Lack of empathy or compassion from management People can get buy doing the bare minimum and make more than you No real incentives for performance After 3 years I made less than when I started

Cons

Company cares about its image not the employees; have to work with people who are lazy and are not team players; and job advancement is hard for those already employed with the company.
