      Pros

      Great people to work with! Good work/life balance if you know how to manage your time. Just do your work and you will ahve a place to work for a long time.

      Cons

      Typical corporate jibberish. What salesforce hears from upper managerment during the rah rah sessions (middle mgt excluded) and what middle mgt is told and does is usually quite different. I was located in AZ and the closest HR rep is 1200+ at Corp. That can make for some interesting situations and lack of HR support. Most of us felt like we had no advocate.

      Advancement is a real opportunity! If you work hard and better yourself and apply a customer centered outlook...the sky is the limit!

      Cons

      The is a great deal of pressure associated with being customer centered. It takes a great deal of effort to learn how to not take the pressure home with you.

      Pros

      There are opportunities to move up, however, you must be willing to move most of the time. Expecting to become management at the same location you start is misguided, but possible. The benefits are fantastic.

      Cons

      When you start out, you will be working roughly 17.5 hours unless you are very lucky. After some time in your position, you will be senior enough to get more hours, training, and paid time off.
