      Pros

      Great customers. We where always given the tools we needed to help the customer. Fun place to work with a great mix of manufacturing, office and, retail selling. over all a good employer.

      Cons

      This is a complicated place to work. There are a lot of sales goals that must be met or your job could be on the line. These sales numbers are set without much concern for reality. The prices are to low to support the margins they need to be profitable.

      Pros

      Salary is pretty good. That's the only positive I can give.

      Cons

      - If you want to be treated like a professional, don't work here. Managers treat you like children. - Expect to be told you are working, not asked, on your days off. - Expect your job duties to be undefined. - Expect not to be trusted and micro-managed. Daily status meetings, status reports and constant badgering about what you are working on. Over 4 years here and it has been a very bad experience.
