      Pros

      I work on the inbound sort loading vans. most of the employees are fun to work with. We're expected to work quickly, but the fast pace makes time go by fast. The benefits package is definitely a plus.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's impossible to keep up with the flow of packages. Peak is especially tough when it comes to loading vans. You have to stay after the sort if you ever want to get close to the maximum 30 hours. Management seems to forget about the package handlers' limits sometimes.

      Pros

      There are only a few good things about FedEx; good work life balance; good health care plan. Other people who don't know will think it looks good on your resume.

      Cons

      Management is incompetent to say the least, basic operations are beyond them. They have no ability to grow the business they only obtain business by means of customers who only know their name. They spent millions of dollars to change the colors of their logos, however their OS is from 1992.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, retirement package, salary.

      Cons

      As a pilot, we generally work from 10:00pm through 6:00am. The constant shift of body clock from day to night (everyother week) can be physically exhausting and contribute to poor health. The second "con" is I am always either packing or unpacking a suitcase. This was fun when I was young and single, but now with a family I find it quite difficult.
