      It's a company where you can grow and your skills are put to the test. It's organization and schedule scheme works well and even when it seems too much to handle, people working for Fedex is like a family that helps you finish what you have started and you can learn a lot from them and system they follow at every warehouse and HUB. It's a company where people is first and customers are really taken in consideration.

      Cons

      Preassure is sometimes too much to handle if you are not in control of your times and your paperwork and you need to have a cold head when crisises arise. Working for a logistics company requires a well-in-control personality and ability to manage people that can be very different from your own or that not always share your view and your passion to make things right.
