Pros

Friendly people, good atmosphere and modern office with canteen downstairs. Lots of customs rules to learn but colleagues are super helpful. Benefits are nice. Job is pretty secure as long as you can work fast and accurately on repetitive tasks - they are always looking to increase the team. Pay is fine for a first job in a corporation. Some opportunity to 'move up' eg. as a team leader.

Cons

Lots of compulsory overtime which to be fair is paid well (100% more), sometimes an hour extra per day, sometimes shorter, occasionally even longer than an hour. Overtime depends on when the tasks are finished by the whole team, so you cannot predict what time you'll go home in advance. Lots of pressure to work quickly. Tasks are repetitive but you have to keep alert in case of anything unusual. This can be a bit stressful. Holidays are very inflexible and you may not be granted your request, even if you ask months ahead of time - this applies to several months in the year, not only the obvious flashpoints like Christmas or August. No Polish national holidays are given automatically - you may take the day off at a different time instead or be paid extra. Be aware that if you are a 'native' English speaker, or near native then you may well be asked to join the small team calling out to customers. Customers are usually friendly (or neutral) so this is not a bad task, but some colleagues were disappointed to be moved to this team as they don't like to speak on the phone.
