Pros
A lot of positions inside the company, You don't have to change company to do something new or expand your knowledge. A move is possible both lateral and vertical based on the performance. Great corporate culture with a very good mixture of highly experienced employees taking on mentorship roles to get younger professionals up to speed. Overall great place to work.
Cons
Very bureaucratic and multi-layers of management. Takes long to get something approved. The merit increase is marginal year to year and personal performance has rather small part in the overall increase.
