Those same great people philosophy's are not always adhered to in the UK by sale management. There culture that a sales professionals performance can be directly affected by sales management failures does not exist. Performance improvement plans (PIP) is the first stage of a rocky road for a sales professional in the UK and it is not often used in the way it was intended which is as a support mechanism.

With deep regret I'm stating that I've been a loyal employee of this company. I worked there as a relationship executive associate for 2 years at this company in India. But company's behavior made me upset & leave the organization.I've several reasons for it.(all the reasons are especially for Fedex India) 1. Poor pay & never ready to offer increments or promotions 2. Just for show off organises survey in every year but never took any step for resolutions 3. Had to face fake commitments as in every peak time when the work load gets high we were committed that we'll get OT(over time payment) as per extended hour but most of the time at the end of the month we didn't receive a single penny. 4. Company doesn't care about the customers as well. It doesn't hesitate to post fake updates randomly 5. The worst thing was I felt perciality which was not at all expected from my manager atleast as I've been loyal & never shown disrespect to my manager. I also think in India these are the reason also for other old or senior employees who left FedEx.
