easy work, time killing, great pay, great benefits package, great manager/employee relations, the way the career advancement is set up is great, managers cant just go in and pick who they want in the position, there is a computer program where you put in your application, and they haave to choose the best employee for that job, based on seniority, experience, and certifications, the longer you have the certification most important for the job your bidding on, the better your chances.

It's tough, but good place to work. Hard, hot work at times. I liked working in the trucks that had air conditioning. Otherwise, not bad.
