Difficult to manage people due to lack of boundaries on responsibilities, freedom, discipline expected. People belonging to one team are typically spread over different countries, it's a challenge to manage different personalities, located in different countries, with different cultural backgrounds and very different levels of skills. Management tends to overthink and avoid taking decisions. The hub operations relies on a handful of very knowledgeable and senior resources which become unmissable over time. These resources are being overused and are in danger of burning themselves out due to the sheer amount of work getting shifted towards them.
