Pros

If you are smart, very smart and very friendly/popular, once you are Service Manager they will promote you quickly based on these attributes. 5% incentive is nice, if it ever happens. Most employees are very motivated and smart.

Cons

If you aren't one of the "cool kids" or popular, this might make advancement very hard. For every Service Manager, there are only a limited number of Sort Manager and P&D Manager positions open. Sometimes the humor at the stations can be a little racy, etc.

Fun, no traffic to and from work due to shift start and end times.

Quality of life was horrible. Some people never 'got it.'

Pros

It's a good company with a great, well-known reputation. Most of the people are fun-loving and easy to get along with, this makes for an easy work day. The benefits a pretty good in comparison to many other companies.

Cons

The pay could be better, much better. Manager respect for employees needs to improve. The company emphasizes loyalty and rewards length of service instead of the quality of one's work or their overall experience.
