      Pros

      Excellent work life balance Generally nice people through out the organization Comprehensive Benifits - 401k match, dental,health, tuition reimbursement

      Cons

      - For those who are career oriented and trying to quickly move up this is not the place to work. There are limited opportunities for advancement. - It is nearly impossible to develop new ideas into programs, products or services from the bottom up. Everything requires large project teams and sign offs from multiple departments with conflicting political interests. The only way anything moves forward is if SVP or CEO forces it through. - Pay is well below industry average for all salaried positions

      Its a good job full benfits flexable schedule and lots of opprtunity to move up in the company I like my job

      Some times working condition may very it might be hot. might be forced to stay late if plance comes in late

      Pros

      Definitely the benefits. The benefits are probably the number one thing management and the employees talk about when you first arrive there. If you're part time, you basically have the option of how many hours you want to work daily which is a good thing if you have a second job or you're attending school.

      Cons

      If you ever go full time or become a Swing driver you basically don't get any say in your hours. As a swing driver it wasn't uncommon for me to be working from sun up till sun down.
