Pros

Tuition reimbursement, good medical insurance and savings plan. Most of the teams are international. Bonus

Cons

Not a booming sector. Uncertainty derived from potential acquisition of TNT. Slow career progression, and lack minimum mobility, leaving most employees stuck in their positions and unable to develop new skills (mgt included). Most open positions are being moved to other countries. No training to management on new tools/methodologies on analysis. Lack of team spirit and team building activities.
