Pros

Get tuition reimbursment for college (to move on to better things)

Cons

Where shall I start? You are extremely overworked and underpaid. There is favoritism. Managers only care about their numbers. Fedex continues to take away benefits yet wants you to do more and more. Advancement only happens if you kiss you know what. I can go on and on but there isn't enough time in the day....

Pros

Fedex start wage is fantastic but, this is how the company suckers people in. Fedex benefits are great as well but, beware that this is another tactic to sucker people in.

Cons

The downsides to working at Fedex is simple, they are great manipulators. They tell people what they want to hear but, do the complete opposite. All Fedex cares about is their reputation, and BRAND. They treat their frontline employee's aweful but, keep in mind that these are the people that make FEDEX very rich. Overall the company has made alot of money throughout the years, now they over work their employee's, and company expections/goals are just unreasonable to achieve.

Pros

Early adopter of technology Low number of layoffs Senior management is very competent Very skilled employees The most diverse company I have ever heard about Very low turnover

Cons

The salaries are not the highest in the industry The benefits are not great and are getting worse Be prepared to only have two weeks of vacation for your first 5 years at FedEx When something bad happens, assigning blame is more important than resolving the issue and moving on
