Low pay Favoritism forwards management letting them do whatever they want; vape on the dock, steal food from breakroom, listen to music with speakers or headphones, harass women, I’ve seen managers quit by cursing out their superiors. They terminate and walk out regular workers for wearing earbuds. It’s a problem when we do it. Constantly people get injured; back & joint problems, smashed fingers, head injury’s, lacerations, headaches and dehydration from calcified drinking sources. They offer plastic water bottles that make you feel worse. Accurate work isn’t appreciated here. Meaning that stacking boxes straight and tightly packed won’t matter to anyone. Working fast won’t matter to anyone; you’ll have to come in again and again. Basically it’s a Korean labor camp. People walk out limping to their cars.
