Pros
Pay is good, I get $18.1/hr base. Management is actually pretty good and friendly except one of them. Not complicated.
Cons
Physically demanding, can take 1+ weeks to get used to the amount of work you have to put in. Your schedule on the app is not always consistent, sometimes they want you to stay over or leave early. You have some say over leaving early, but not much over staying over. I sometimes get calls asking me to not even show up. If you're loading trucks, management will expect you to help others when you're getting no packages and sometimes will ask you to load multiple trucks.
