Pros
In Illinois, where I work you receive a "Geo Pay"... Bonus, added to your hourly pay. In Northern Illinois where I am the bonus is 15% of your hourly pay. So the $31.65/ hourly, I make is actually about $36 something. Which is super great. I was looking for work in Wisconsin, which is where I've always worked and the pay I was looking at was $30 at best. I did get hired being told I would be full time, and then last minute, corporate decided the position would be part time. I been here about 6 months or so and am told soon there should be, could be, might be, hopefully soon a fulltime position for me. You don't need to bring your own tools. Tool availability is amazing, anything you want the manager will get what ever you need. They are great about getting you informing about the machinery.
Cons
Thus far the only downside is being part time. I'm not fully sure of the ceiling, as far as where I can go from here. I know there is at least one maintenance position
