Pros
Work is fairly consistent, benefits felt solid, driving all day listening to my own music, awesome co-workers, lots of walking (if your into that), and personally, I had some solid managers who were very responsive.
Cons
No union, pay should be a lot higher, vehicles often had issues or broke down making work increasingly challenging when you least expect it, and c-level execs sending messages telling us they value us and our work. Please show you value your employees with a cost of living adjustment on salaries you greedy ba$t3rds. $84b in profit during FY21 and pay was subpar for the SF Bay Area, especially at the time CEO Fred Smith making 14m during FY21.
