Pros

Team environment , everyone pretty much comes from their day time job . It's 2.5/3 hours per night .

Cons

It's a bit Jaded , the work is the same but you pick up a routine

Pros

Good pay, ability to work up to 55 hours, benefits, meet cool people

Cons

If you work the AM shift, you don't get the Sundays off like the Pm shift, you will miss the Super Bowl unless you call in sick lol. To get lots of hours you have to work all shifts.
