Pros

Short hours-full benefits (and GREAT benefits at that) Good pay Easy atmosphere (very relaxed) Get paid to workout Lots of growth potential Tons of cross-training available Do your job and go home or get involved and make a career, your choice

Cons

Hard to get managers to shake the frat-boy mentality of the "boy's club" Not an easy place to get ahead as a woman...but if you're a man you will have no problem Hot as hades in southern states like TX

Pros

Receive more hours. You get a 2-3 dollar raise. Coordinating experience. Receive manager training. Greater involvement in the company. Great benefits for a Pt job. Flexible hours. School Reimbursements.

Cons

When low on staff you go back to working as a regular package handler. For the most part FedEx has been really awesome for me.
