      Very Chill lifestyle Not much work pressure

      Cons

      Poor management Since not enough work pressure, there is not enough room for growth Employees need to beg for promotions/raises No bonuses Not really a tech driven company. Very poor 401k Poor benefits Very poor PTO No stock options given Top Management eats the pie and leaves the crumbs for lower management, developers get NOTHING
