Excellent Management that works very hard to develop people Plenty of days off. Company provides a pension plan as well as 401k match.

Cons

Overall pay is not up to stardard. Company is not loyal to long term employers unless you get to senior manager level or above.

Pros

FedEx has taken steps to prevent people from losing there jobs in this tough economy. Senior Management will listen to the people on the "front lines" to make change.. Over all very good employer.

Cons

As stated above FedEx has taken steps to prevent layoffs, what they have done is spread the burden to ALL employees by cutting employer match into 401K, 5% paycut for all management (already make less than the industry avg), no longer pay incentive/bonus. work/life balance is tough because of the screwed up hours of the shifts.
