no support to advance within company or to further education, Schedule inconsistency, worked split shifts with nothing set, somedays 3 hrs, other days 14 hours straight. Managers very unprofessional and seemed to be pressed to make numbers. Quality of employee didnt seem to matter as long as they made numbers. No leadership. And the likely of a raise is like .03 cent per year. Company doesnt allow call-ins if sick with doctors notes, no leniency. The station I worked at very unorganized when volume go heavier.
