Pros

Health insurance. Nice people and a diverse workforce. The shifts are 10 hours. The weekend shift is only 3 days (Fri-Sun) and is still considered full-time with benefits. Overtime is often available.

Cons

It's a warehouse job, so you're on your feet the entire shift, and you'll get dirty. FedEx is a huge company, but the warehouse can feel like a black hole. You can get promoted within the warehouse, but I find it difficult to get promoted outside of the warehouse. Overtime is often required. FedEx is also notoriously anti-union, so shame on them.
