      People you work with are good hard working people......well most of them anyways.

      Managers and Dept Heads do not know what is going on with their employees.

      Pros

      They give you a pay check.... That's really it.

      Cons

      Work 6 days a week, 12 hours a day and nearly impossible to get a day off, as they only let 1-2 off at a time.

      Good low stress job. No real timelines. The people are great to work with and a lot of fun. The building is nice

      Cons

      Slow to market. Apathetic to quality and new products. There is never a push to improve rather to maintain the status quo regardless of issues with the status quo products and manufacturing methods.
