not many, their are a few good people but outweighted by the bad and incompetent. Agency tries to be accomodating to family needs, there are interesting programs and projects to work on
Cons
Disconnect between DC and the Regional Offices, There is a culture of only helping favorites and on the internal clic, You have to be in DC if you want to advance. Workloads and collateral duties have increased with no compensation, unrealistic priorities, disconnect between management and employees, management is self serving. The agency became darker over since 2008. The label you when they do not like you or you challenge them, you career is down the tubes at that point. They lie! It has become a political soap opera for an agency that should be minimally political.
