Pros

Feedonomics is an amazing company to belong to. Here are a few reasons why I believe in this company: 1) The leadership of Feedonomics and the Operations team are people of the highest integrity. They care about their people as human beings and want to see everyone grow, develop, and thrive in not only at work, but in life. 2) Everyone in the organization lives by our Legacy principles, works with integrity, and care about people first and foremost. 3) Feedonomics hires the best and brightest people that care about each other, hold each other accountable, and help one another. 4) No one at Feedonomics says "this is not my job." Anyone will jump in to help a fellow team member if they ever need assistance. 5) Feedonmics has an awesome product! The Feedonomics Development and Engineering team have worked hard to create the best product on the market for what we do. 6) The Feedonomics Training team is fantastic! They have created impressive lesson plans and practice sandbox environments for the first month of onboarding. Out of all new hire training plans I have taken, Feedonomics training surpasses them all! 7) People Empowerment does an amazing job scheduling regular company meetings and fun activities to help team members connect with each other. 8) There are clear growth and career plans at all levels for the Operations department. 9) While cross team collaboration at other companies may be challenging, everyone at Feeonomics sees each other as one team! I love collaborating with all departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, Talent Acquisition, Training, Quality Assurance, to name a few)

Cons

Feedonomics is all pros to me! Communication at any fast growing company can be a challenge, Feedonomics does an amazing job utilizing our monthly All Hands meetings, emails, and chats to keep everyone informed and connected.

Wow! What an endorsement. We simply couldn't have said it better ourselves but are more excited that you are able to feel it on a daily basis. That is what is important. As someone who is a valued member of our Global Operations team, you are on the front lines talking to our clients so please keep that feedback coming - to leadership about the direction we're going in, to People Empowerment to what kind of events and information your team needs, to Product/Engineering about what features or fixes we could use, etc. We are thankful that you took the time to write this review and thankful that for your commitment to making Feedonomics a great place to work.

Pros

A lot of companies talk about the importance of their culture during your interview process, but few offer much to show for it once you're hired. After accepting an offer at Feedonomics a little over two years ago, I had a suspicion that they meant it just by the materials provided. But watching how the leadership has maintained that sense of company culture as we've doubled in size, adapted to a remote-first environment and went through an acquisition has been nothing short of impressive. What this translates to while working here? From day one I've found that no individual in any department, at any level of leadership (up to the CEO), has been anything less than happy to answer questions, provide guidance, or put some time on the calendar to chat through things if asked. Personalities we've got a lot of... Ego, on the other hand, is in short supply. There's also a real openness to questioning the why of what we're doing. Anytime I've identified a process that could be more efficient, or seen areas where we could rethink our strategy on, leadership has always been open to discussion. Also I've always felt supported by my direct management. I've worked in environments where being a high performer has meant management will assume they can just leave you be and you'll be fine. Effectively disappearing for long stretches of a time. Far from the case here. At the end of the day, Feedonomics has built a wonderful team. And a common refrain from anyone who's worked here about what makes this place the best... the product, while fantastic, always ends up playing second fiddle to how amazing the team is.

Cons

In my current role, it can be a little overwhelming at times. This is less something I fault the organization for and has more to do with the challenges of finding the right talent for the open reqs we have on my team.

No ego! None of us have the time or energy for people who place themselves above the team and we have done a fantastic job making sure that mentality sticks and hiring the right people into the company that resonate with it. This was an incredibly insightful review and we are so happy that you are enjoying your experience as a Feedo. It sounds as if things are working as intended, but let's work together to keep it that way - continue to ask the Why behind asks and always help us strive to be better. We are grateful!

Pros

What makes Feedonomics so great is that it is a company that actually does live by the company values they talk about. Or more so by the core Feed On principles. A lot of companies talk about doing this, but Feedonomics walks the talk. Leadership is all bought into this and understands that what makes a successful company is the people of the company and they care about the employees. There is time spent making sure that the company employees understands and live by the values and that these are not just some words living on the company website.

Cons

I haven't really experienced any downsides. Feedonomics is a company that has been growing fast and with that comes of course that there are things that may not be in place yet, but there is not a lot of red tape to stop continued development and it is exciting to be a part of the growth and help having an impact.

This is absolutely the experience we want all of our Feedos to have - and not just in their first year. We are thrilled that you are enjoying your time as part of this team and we're motivated to go beyond what we've already been able to accomplish. If you ever feel that this positive momentum stops or stumbles, please let your manager, myself, or our People Empowerment team know so that we can right the course as fast as possible.
