Pros

First shift. Weekends off. Some good people.

Cons

I was very excited to work for a family owned business for over 100 years. Warehouse work was new to me but I was ready to learn and help improve anywhere I could. After a while I came to notice the level at which the leadership would go to sweep everything under the rug and falsify reports to save their own butts. They preach safety and the safety supervisor is non existent along with all senior leadership as they have taken to making themselves not available. The senior leadership hides things from one another and tells the CEO select things that is or have gone on. The sheer level of slime they display is astounding. There is so many violations that they cover up and play Russian roulette with the safety of their employees it’s sickening. The fact they have a claims coordinator for 250 people tells you what you need to know ? When they offer qualified employees a rare chance to advance they low ball them to save anyway they can. They end up hiring someone and give them far more than they were willing to offer to someone that has dedicated years to this company. It goes to show they don’t value their employees. The last warehouse supervisor that was promoted never could find the warehouse floor. His name was Chief sit on his rump. He and the Director of transportation are poster boys for “Not Qualified.” The Chief information officer is never there and has an Elmo doll in his office. Creepy. The chief financial officer is down on the floor asking employees to dust?? The turnover rate in my 5 years has been something I have never seen. 5 HR specialists , 4 Director of purchasing and 5 VP’S of Sales. People with those qualifications don’t just jump ship like that. The truth is they end up calling the senior leadership out on the constant cover ups going on and they’re asked to give a resignation. This place has had so many good people that could have led this company to great heights but until the CEO realizes her C- TEAM is garbage this place is only going down. The owner would know this or maybe have an idea if she was actually qualified to be in her position or showed up more than twice a year! The last Director of Purchasing was there 14 months and never met the owner. What does that tell you. Maybe if the owner wasn’t bleeding the company dry for her horse farm, Feeser’s would be be great again.

Pros

The people are down to Earth

Cons

Worst company I ever worked for. Terrible pay, terrible benefits, no bonuses, no room for advancement, and a pathetic "c team". They don't respect their employees and they don't know their own jobs (nepotism hires)
