Pros

Good Solid Company to work for,outside sales has freedom for daily schedule but must perform daily duties of job requirements. Very good training program with area manager works with you until you are able to manage on your own.

Cons

Work shedule can be 6-7 days a week, vacation time is the worst 1 week a year for 3 years completed . Long hours of taking care of customers and work on pricing in evenings to gain new accounts.
