Pros
Working environment is good. Have lots of opportunities to travel domestic or abroad as project management. Colleagues are helpful and friendly.
Cons
Not a good choice for young graduates. As a project engineer, you have to communicate with other departments for ongoing projects, sometimes could be a tiring thing.
