Limited scope of operations. Something of a job shop. Forced to respond to customer whims.

The only thing management is worried about is themselves. Paying and taking care of new hires is the only employees that they worry about. Once you get in the door they are no longer concerned about you. Was there 5 yrs and they were hiring people in at more than me and most the shop. No work life balance. They will tell you you are going to work 4 ten hr days but it's a lie. 5 ten hr and Saturday. For the reputation this company has they should be embarrassed.
