Pros

Thought this would be my dream job, but. It's not. Don't get me wrong you can make lots of money because you'll be working lots of over time but you won't have much time for anything else

Cons

You're made to work 6 to 7 days a week, 8 , 10 or 12hrs shifts. A lot of the machine don't run well constantly breaking down making your shift seem even longer. Making for a very frustrating night.

Good job security. Friendly coworkers. Good quarterly incentive bonus plan. Company paid uniforms. Company paid bbq's and a great year end party. Overtime.

Cons

Warm in the summer. It can get oily around the presses. Some weekend work in the summer. High precision parts.

It pays the bills, that's all there is that would be a pro to this job. I could continue for days on end describing the cons to working here

Cons

Mandatory overtime, they claim they are family oriented then fire you if you want time off on the weekends for family events/functions.
