family owned business but treats employees like peasants

Pros

a lot of coworkers are by them self but most are nice to work with

Cons

building and bathrooms are no good. im sure there is rats, mold or something nasty there. people are not motivated to work hard because owners try to suck every dollar from employees

Family oriented because its family owned

Cons

Wow, where do I start? Very unhealthy environment to work in. It is a family business and ran that way- low wages and benefits! Very cliquish environment and if you toe the rode, you are forced to resign!

You're getting to work with some of the most innovative lighting products out in the market. Great company culture and you get to work with great talent. There is room to grow here and with proper training, your career can flourish.

Cons

The work load can get overwhelming at times but that is due to the growth of this company. You'll need to get past some of the negative people that work here.
